These Terms govern your use of ReactDesk, provided by ReactDesk.io. By using the service you agree to these Terms.
Service delivery
ReactDesk is software delivered electronically. Access to the paid period is granted immediately after a successful payment — there is nothing to ship and no waiting: the new expiry date is visible in Billing at once, and the invoice follows by email. TODO: legal review.
Subscriptions & billing
Each payment covers a fixed period — one month or one year — chosen at checkout. Fees, periods and the free trial are described on the pricing page. Nothing renews automatically and no card is stored: your access simply runs to the end of the period you paid for. We email you before it ends.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for your account and the data you store.
Availability & liability
We work to keep the service available and reliable but provide it “as is”. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
