Free trial first
Every paid plan starts with a free trial with no card required, so you can fully try ReactDesk before paying a cent.
Cancelling
There is nothing to cancel: payments are one-off and nothing renews automatically. Simply do not buy another period — access runs to the end of the one you paid for and no further payment is ever taken. Your data stays exactly as you left it, and you can come back any time.
14-day refund
If within the first 14 days after your first payment you find the service is not for you, write to us — we will refund the payment in full.
Later refunds & yearly plans
We generally do not refund payments for periods already provided, but we always review fair cases individually. If you cancel a yearly plan, we can refund the unused full months proportionally.
How to request a refund
Write to info@reactdesk.io from your account email with your company name and the payment date. We reply within 3 business days; approved refunds are returned to the same payment method.
