Send your export
An Excel or CSV export from your current system, or a backup file. If you cannot get one out, tell us which system it is and we will find a way.

We map and import
We match your columns to ReactDesk and load everything into your workspace. Nobody retypes anything.

You check, then we switch
Compare it against your old system. When it matches, you start working — and your old data stays where it is.
Enterprise access while we move you
During the migration your workspace runs on Enterprise, so nothing is limited while you compare the two systems side by side. You choose your plan afterwards.

What does the migration cost?
Nothing. You pay only for the plan you choose once you are working in ReactDesk.
How long does it take?
Most moves finish in two to five working days, depending on how much stock and history there is.
My export is messy — is that a problem?
No, that is normal. We clean and map it, and we show you what we changed before anything is final.
Can I keep my old system running?
Yes. Run both until you are satisfied. Nothing is deleted on either side.
