Meet ReactDesk — the system born in a workshop
Hello! This is the first post on the ReactDesk blog, so let's start with the main thing — why we built it at all.
A problem we know from the inside
ReactDesk began in the SIA AL&LO workshop in Ludza. Repairs in a notebook, stock in a spreadsheet, client numbers in a phone, and the “system” in one person's head. While work is scarce, that holds. When work is plenty — parts go missing, calls get forgotten, and evenings end with a calculator.
We looked for a ready-made solution, but everything was either English-only without the Latvian register, or billed per employee, or simply too big for a small shop. So we built our own.
What ReactDesk is
- Repairs and orders — a ticket in seconds, statuses, printable receipts and labels.
- A POS with search by code, barcode or name.
- Inventory that deducts automatically and warns about low stock.
- Clients with full history and automatic “ready” notifications.
- Real-time reports — revenue, profit, VAT.
All of it in three languages, with the Latvian company register built in and one flat price per company — not per employee.
What's next
We are onboarding our first shops in early access. Request a free trial on the homepage — we will help set everything up so that on day one you can work, not configure.
