How ReactDesk protects your workshop data

When we talk to workshops, security is one of the first questions — and rightly so. Here are the answers in plain language, no legal jargon.

Where is my data stored?

On servers in the European Union. Your data is covered by EU data-protection rules (GDPR) and is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising.

Is my data encrypted?

Yes — the connection between your device and ReactDesk is always encrypted (HTTPS). Data is backed up daily, so a technical failure never means losing your records.

Who can access my data?

Only your team. Every employee has their own login and role — a technician sees repairs, while financial reports are visible only to roles that allow it. The action log shows who changed what.

How safe is signing in?

Registration is confirmed with an e-mail code, and you can safely reset your password yourself — the link works for a limited time. Too many wrong attempts temporarily block access.

And if I ever want to leave?

Your data belongs to you. Export it as CSV at any time — clients, repairs, inventory. No lock-in, no hidden terms.
