“Where is my repair?” — now your clients see it themselves
The most frequent call in any workshop sounds the same: “Is my phone ready yet?” Every one of those calls interrupts a technician at work. From today the answer lives in the client’s pocket — ReactDesk tickets come with a public status page.
How it works
Every printed repair ticket now carries a QR code. The client scans it with their phone camera — and a page opens with the status of their repair. No login, no app to install, works on any phone.
No ticket at hand? The address reactdesk.io/checkrepair works too — enter the repair number and your phone number.
What the client sees
- The status with progress steps — from “New” to “Done”, using the exact status names your workshop uses.
- Status history with dates — when received, when work started, when ready.
- The warranty period and the repair total.
- Workshop contacts with “Call” and “WhatsApp” buttons — one tap to reach you.
Parts orders too
The page has a second tab — for orders. The client sees the order status from “New” to “Issued”, the ordered items and any prepayment. If your store and repair shop live under one roof with different numbers, Settings lets you save both — the client always calls the right one.
About security
- Every repair has its own secret link — it cannot be guessed.
- A manual search requires both the number and the client’s phone to match.
- The page shows only what is already printed on the client’s paper ticket — nothing more.
